It's a damn popular song and it will sell well..If Pat wants it on there, then Pat should put it on there...
Bad argument, and you missed the point. Again, IMHO, "Ghopher", (A.K.A. The Masturbation Song), is a song best done live, and not archived as a Studio recording. The second point was that Pat has so many great new songs that are not on any CD's anywhere, "Ghopher" (A.K.A. The Masturbation Song) would be taking away from another unavalible recording which should be on the new CD. If you choose to respond to a topic, respond to the point, do not make calls as to Pat's taste, what Pat wants, or how popular a song Pat does in his roster of songs is. Lastly, "Ghopher" (A.K.A. The Masturbation Song) is availible for download on this fine site, or from one of Mark's ever popular Bootleg Cd's. You can also find the song archived at the Rock Hootchie site. That is the point. I am now Veklempt. Talk amongst yourselves. I have given you a topic. Another point. Should a song about Masturbation really be archived on a Compact Disc audio recording by such a fine, talented musician, or would the talent and creativity of this artist be served better with more mature recordings and song subjects? Respond, but please, stay with the topic.

I know that Pat is recording Gopher as I post this.It takes a long time to do the recording part, then it has to be mixed. My best guess will be late spring. From what has been done so far,I can assure you that you wont be dissapointed.
Not to critique a CD that has not come out yet, but isn't "Ghopher" a song best done live, and best not archived as a studio type of recording? So many new, good, studio worthy songs, "Ghopher""A.K.A. The Masturbation Song" does not fall into that class IMHO.

And being Dainty and being Gay are two very different animals. While Paul is extremely dainty (compliment), he is nowhere near being "Gay" or as the term has come to mean, "Homosexual" "likes his girls manly"

lol. ?You guys are great and have no idea. ?I'm going to come right out and say this, because I know I'm one of the least homophobic people out there. ?You guys take things way out of context. ?My mom is gay, my aunt and my aunt are gay, 6 of my closest friends are gay. ?I get along naturally with homosexuals because I've grown up around it. ?I will forgive you both for the comments you've made, because I'm sure you both feel like asses now. ?lol. ?j/k. ?No offense was taken. ?Now you know. ?By the way, I am confused on how this post started out talking about birthday gifts, to talking about homosexuality. ? lol
Only one thing I can say to this, Have a super-duper day By the bi, who is the "both" you are reffering too? I know I am not ummm... sexually preferenced in that particular way, but I am not offended by such things as long as it is not forced upon me. It goes the same for religion, politics, and even Pat McCurdy being cited as religion. laugh now people!

You have much to learn, young padiwan. His newest guitar cost him about $1200... (That's the one he currently uses with the built in tuner.)
Good luck getting him give away any of them... Even the one that kept breaking...
As for selling, I doubt it.. There would too big a frenzy on those who would want to purchase it.
And well, then there's the Blue Guitar... The one he refers to in the original lyrics of a song ("I'm OK")
That one would be worth a fortune to some Pat heads..
Nate knows too much. Interesting veiw of "As McCurdy Turns" though, or "McCurdy Hospital", you get my point I hope. As a musician myself, I find insturments I like, and they don't go anywhere. So knowing that mentality, and knowing you never reveal how much you paid for your guitar unless you got such a good deal it gives you bragging rights, Pat will not "give" away his guitars (unless it is a worthy charity), and he would not have told Nate what he paid for the new one(1). (1)(huh? what does the guy need a built in tuner for? Pipe does all that for him and his ears still work good enough to know when he is outside the limits) I have attended christmas shows. There are gifts given to the crowd. However you must meet certain criteria to get these.
