One year for little Ade?  Jodi, pass along a heartfelt gurgle and squeak to the wee one (or however baby speak can be interpreted)!

Aw... thanks, you guys, for remembering!!

We had a big Iowa City hoopla for the kid complete with cow baloons and chicken tooters (hey, you live in Iowa long enough and everythng has a farm theme)!  Shocked

We are reaching big milestones these days... many new words... and yes, the kid can say guitar but he still can't say mama. I'm crushed.  Wink

BIG, BIG, BIG news on our end.... we are picking up stakes and heading westward!

We are moving to Portland, Oregon the first week of August...

Mark got a great teaching gig at Reed College and I will be working at the Oregon Health and Sciences University.

Baby Part Deux will be a west coaster, since s/he isn't arriving until October.

Life sure is crazy sometimes...  Roll Eyes

Now all you have to do is get us invited to the wedding so we can actually see Pat play in Portland....   Grin Wink

Actually, if these people are big enough Pat fans that they'd book you guys for their wedding... mark and I should meet them, we'd probably get along.

I would be ecstatic if you guys made your way out to Portland... keep me abreast of the details/dates...

Woo Hoo!!
