Talk about a LOT of HD space needed.  More than most webhosting accounts have available.

Plus, it would cost a fortune.  ExecPC limits us to 2GB of downloads per month, then we get charged extra.  Normally, that's plenty of headroom, until you get into the mp3 world.  With just the two Songs Of The Week combined with the various RealAudio and video files and all the other regular file loading, I'm often bumping my head.  There have been several months when I've gotten that extra little bill.  In fact, my highest "little bill" was from last month.  Appearantly, every single person who saw Pat at Summerfest decided to download every single byte available.  That's just one of the many expenses your Homebrewed CD dollars go to, so buy two.

Of course, I certainly won't stop YOU (any of you) from setting up your own Pat Song server.  Hell, I'd even help.  And don't suggest I set up a Geocities or Tripod account and leech from there, because they frown upon that sort of thing.  Trust me on this.

www.i-Drive.com allows you to store supposedly an infinite amount of files on their website for downloading from anywhere. That would be the best bet for having a larger amonut of traffic with no extra costs.

Let's not forget that Pat does make some revenue off of his cd's. I don't think that we want to take that away from him. That's what the CD Order forms(available elswhere on this website) http://patmccurdy.com/catalog.html  are there for.

I have just about every song that has appeared on the website (currently 48) I like to think of myself as The SOTW archive.
Whenever I am on Napster. All I ever seem to see are Sex and Beer, and nude party, and screw you.
Look for Scansinboy and you can try to download any of the ones I've got, although I've only a 56k. Should have DSL soon. <fingers crossed>

Hee hee, that's cute....

I have close to 200 Pat mp3s, but a number of those are from the his old bands.  Look for "mlippert"  However, I too suffer from modem retardo, so beware.

And very few of my mp3s are from the CDs.  My whole purpose is to offer songs that you can't from buying the CDs.  Besides, you should own all of them already.

My count (of just Pat MP3s, no old bands) is at 65 (189 MB.)  That's not counting multiple versions of songs either.

OK, we've done it!  If y'all go the Song List, you'll notice a few songs have the Winamp logo ( ) next to them.  Right-clicking that icon will allow you to download an MP3 of that song from Kevin's FTP site.  Let's all give a big thanks to Kevin for that, by the way.  There's still a bit of room for more songs, so...what do you all want to see up there?

THere are songs on the site (here ~~~~>http://www.patmccurdy.com/songlist.htm)? i can't get on CD, like elvis/elvis, Trib. 80's 90's, So on and so forth, it'd be awesome if i could find someone that has those I'd like to get those on a cd so i can rock out in my car to em. I want everything Pat i can get. I would Pay for em too, I'm can't wait till he gets F' buddy song on a CD, FuckingStupid, all of the new ones. A fine wine, thats all i got to say the man's a fine wine.

PS ALSO~ It'd be awesome if we can't download 'em or get 'em on CD yet, I'd love to at least be able to listen to the Fuck buddy song, and some of his newer songs off the site if that'd be possible, I'll buy 3 CD's when they come out on CD but I cant get em out of my head right now, and i can't wait the week till Pat gets here again to hear em. I'll go mad before bye then!!!
