It is quite amazing to discover that the venues Pat plays can not make a "Singapore Sling". We all know this is haw girls get in trouble (besides wearing tight sweaters and looking for rich old men).....

So...... Who can identify the ingriedients in a "Singapore Sling"?

Post here and I will take with me to Mccurdy venues to enlighten these Bar School dropouts who seem to get hired to tend bar at these places.....

from a simple search on Google for "singapore sling", i found this:

1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce cherry brandy
1/2 ounce lime juice
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/4 ounce Benedictine
dash bitters
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled collins glass. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple
